Stefan Raychev

assoc. prof.

Stefan Raychev, Phd is a tenure-track Associate Professor  at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (FESS) at the University of Plovdiv Paisii Hilendarski (UP).
He graduated the UP, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2009. In 2016 he obtained a PhD in Political Economy.
He is a full-time lecturer at the UP in the field of Economics, Labor Economics, and Public Sector Economics. Stefan Raichev’s research interests are in the field of the labor market and social relations, micro and macro aspects of the economic system, the role of the state in the economy, the impact of globalization on the labor market, social entrepreneurship, and others.
He participates as an expert in many national, international, and European research and practical projects, participates in numerous scientific forums, as well as in foreign universities as a guest lecturer, including in the Erasmus + program (Staff Mobility for Teaching). He is a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.

Blaga Madzhurova

Chief Assist. prof.

Blaga Madzhurova,PhD is a tenure-track Chief Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, FESS, UP. She graduated in Economics, Marketing (2008, UNWE Sofia), Master in Public Health (2010, MU Plovdiv) and PhD of Political Economy (2017, UP).
She is an author of a textbook on Social Policy, monographs, and papers in the field of social, fiscal and public policies. At the UP she is a lecturer in the economic disciplines (Social Policy, Management of Public Services, Economics).
She serves as an expert on European policies, projects and International cooperation in Plovdiv Municipality, Plovdiv 2019 Foundation, expert in the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and Head of the Political Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy. Certified mediator at the Ministry of Justice and the European Institute of Mediation.
Since 2008, she participates in the elaboration and management of many National, European and International projects. Her research interests are in the field of public policy and economics. She serves as a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.

Dobrinka Stoyanova

Dobrinka Stoyanova, PhD is a tenure-track Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the UP.
She graduated from the UP, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations in 2009, and a Master’s degree in International Business in 2010. In 2016 she obtained a Doctor’s degree in Political Economy.
She is a full-time lecturer at the UP in the disciplines Macroeconomics and Economics.
Dobrinka Stoyanova’s research interests are in the field of the macroeconomics, international economics, macroeconomic analysis, public policies, social cohesion, the impact of globalization on the labor market, social entrepreneurship and others.
She participates as an expert in many national, international and European research and practical projects, in numerous scientific forums, as well as in foreign universities as a guest lecturer, funded by the Erasmus + program (Staff Mobility for Teaching). She is a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.
